In 2020 Ilaria, the younger sister, after a master’s degree in Udine in Zootechnical Sciences, decided to launch herself full-time in the family business. On her father Sandro’s impulse she concentrates on the breeding of laying hens (today around 400), but she also starts a vegetable garden and an educational farm with horses, ponies, donkeys, rabbits, sheep, calves, turkeys and of course chickens. Federica, the older sister, has a three-year degree in Economics and Commerce and therefore dedicates herself to the bureaucratic side. She also has a great passion for horses and, between the commitments of her main job and family, she dedicates herself to them. Several local shops already resell their eggs, but the goal is to make themselves more and more known. The two sisters use social media a lot and try to make people understand the world behind their work: care and attention to animal nutrition and well-being are the key to the quality of their products.
