Manute’s products

After the conclusion of a successful career as a boxer, in 2017 Luca with his partner Debora started a breeding of Romagna donkeys, an endangered breed, for the production of their milk. This is sold as a stand-alone product (being the most similar to the maternal one, it is suitable for newborns but at the same time fitting for all ages thanks to its unique organoleptic qualities) or transformed to produce delicious, one-of-a-kind cheeses, or to obtain natural soaps and cosmetic products. The donkeys live in total freedom, fed with only grass and fodder of the farm own production. The average daily milking is 1 liter per animal and the remaining milk that the donkey produces during the day will go to the foal. Luca and Debora also have a breeding of semi-wild pigs, raised in complete respect of the animal welfare, whose meat is transformed for the production of artisanal cured meat, made without the use of preservatives and additives.
