The company has around 5 hectares of land dedicated to the breeding of donkeys, goats and above all pigs, mainly of two breeds: Cinta Senese and Large White crossed with the Duroc. Breeding in the wild allows the animals to integrate the diet consisting of cereals grown on the farm with what they find inside the mobile enclosures: chestnuts, acorns, spontaneous tubers. Following the in-house slaughter, the meat is transformed with artisanal processing into hams, salami, cotechino, sausages and into a series of niche products, such as coppa di testa and, on request, crafut. The farm also grows vegetables, fruit, corn, barley and other cereals but above all vines, from which Luca and Marina obtain Tocai, Verduzzo, Refosco di Faedis, Merlot. All their products can be tasted at the farmhouse which is based on a simple but very accurate cuisine, using raw ingredients and enhancing flavors and aromas that are perhaps now forgotten.
