Enrico’s vegetables

In 2019 Enrico made the decision to become an agricultural entrepreneur by taking over his grandparents’ company. In fact, his passion for agriculture was born when, as a child, he went to lend them a hand in the fields. Today, comparing himselves with them, different habits and visions emerge, but in the end the experience of the grandparents and Enrico’s studies allow the company to produce excellent vegetables. The plants grow following the organic method on five hectares of land and are intended for direct sale. Enrico is now enrolled in the faculty of agriculture at the University, to methodically carry out his goals: he says he is lucky to have found the means and experience of his grandparents and that the study will help him to better manage his company.
