The business was born thanks to two brothers who motivated each other. “The quiet” Andrea, born in 1996, became passionate about his father’s fascinating hobby as a child, taking over the reins of the apiary at just 12 years old, while “the explosive” Luca, born in 1994, pushed him to open a real company, helping him in the laboratory and in relationships with customers. Quality is the company’s strong point: Andrea and Luca try to obtain high purity honey without stressing the bees by placing the hives where human presence is almost or totally absent, they are scrupulous about the humidity of the product and do not sell anything before a month has passed in order to verify the stability of the fermentations of each individual item. Today they own 150-200 hives and produce high quality honey which is appreciated by local traders and individual consumers. The most requested ones are the classic ones (acacia, linden, chestnut and wildflower), but Andrea and Luca want to start focusing more and more on particular blooms: blackberry, vitalba, rhododendron and so on.
